I am really having a bad day, now with Dominos.
I am an regular buyer consumer of Dominos pizza, and often uses the app to order it on-line.
Today we ordered 2 “veg extravaganza and Cloud 9 from them the order was placed at 12:28 pm and I got the confirmation by 12:31 pm.
By 1:20 pm we called to check the order status they confirmed it is on the way and would be there by 5 minutes.
When the pizza delivery boy did not arrived by 1:35 we again called and they said he is there and not able to find the place. I mean my office is on Main road and these morons are not able to locate? I asked them to arrange a conference call with them, they put me on hold for good 10 minutes and post that the guy came and delivered the pizza.
When we asked the boy how come he was late he said Sir might be your order was not punched so they just gave me this to deliver post my 2nd call.
Even pizza is looked half cooked.
This is really ridicules and making mockery of 30 minutes delivery.
