I recently used Domestic Courier for a package I was sending from one city to another. I was expecting a smooth, frustration-free experience but that was not the case. As a first time customer of Domestic Courier, I was hugely disappointed.
The first issue I encountered was with the customer service. When I called their customer service helpline to check on the status of my package, the customer service representative was not very helpful. Instead of providing me with detailed information, she just said that my package was in transit. I had to call several more times to get more information about the status of my package.
The second issue I encountered was with the delivery. My package was stuck in transit for more than two weeks. Even after repeated calls, Domestic Courier failed to provide me with an estimated time of delivery or an explanation as to why it was stuck. This was highly inconvenient and I had to make alternate arrangements to deliver the package.
The third issue I encountered was with the pricing. Domestic Courier is highly overpriced for the services they offer. I could have sent my package through any other courier service at a much lower cost. It seems like Domestic Courier is taking advantage of customers by charging exorbitant rates for their services.
