Dish TV customer service is very poor, especially in Pune. They are just not bothered about the customer. The set top box fails frequently and Dish TV staff in Pune does not attend promptly, despite repeated phone calls and emails. Their call centre in NOIDA makes promises but the PUNE Staff does not care for the customer and refuses to attend to complaints on flimsy excuses.
Dish TV technicians do not care for the Dish TV Office Staff. Maybe this is beacuse they have outsourced the customer service to local dealers who are not trained in customer service.
Dish TV Technicians make you take an AMC for extended warranty by paying high charges and then they do not honour the AMC and charge exorbitant rates for repairs. They take too long for repairs and they keep charging despite you having no Dish TV reception.
I am getting fed up of Dish TV as they have become complacent and do not care for the customer.
I do not know about other DTH providers – can someone tell me whether I should shift to TATA SKY or some other DTH provider?
Who is the best in Pune? Can anyone tell me about Tata Sky Customer Service and Quality of Set Top Box.
