Don't buy this dish tv it has signal issue most of the time . I say the cable with set top box is still better compare to dish or tata sky. Colors an add on , the signal has an issue most of the time you see pixel-pixel. Most of the channels like shara one, start plus. ndtv imagine, vsmile, colors, real, etc has signal issue. They charge 170/- rupees for alignment which has guarantee for 30 days only.
For recharge-it now, I usually do it online . Its never done in single attempt. But recharge-it now generally refund your amount if failed at pmt gateway.
Help-line, if you're trying during day. it hard to get them . you get charged for waiting time. But they are able to resolve your problem most of the time. Movie-On demand does not have good movie playing. I feel airtel, tata-sky , big-tv, etc might be giving good service compare to dish-tv. I want to change to something better, please advice.
