Story of amazing heist,cross ,double cross. Review on Daulat Aur Khoon - Surendra Mohan Pathak

Fast paced novel good narration .

First part copied from novel of richard stark-Deadly edge and second from second part of  novel of chase"well now pretty.

While waiting on railway station at japur I attracted by this novel of surendra mohan pathak on a book stall.I am big fan of pathak saab and read all novel of his vimal seies.I thought it may be his new reprint but for my surprise this novel was on glazed paper and with another novel maut ka khel included in it. Although I already read it in past but purchased it and again read.My friend shri jitendra ji often write here review so I also tried.I wrote review in hindi and pasted here.But for my inconvenience instead of Hindi font here appeared ?.There is no way to delete review here at mouth shut.So I am continue with my broken english.

Plot-As far as plot concern sardaar surendra singh shoal aka vimal after murder of lady shanta reaches madras in motor boat .While attempting to sell pearl necklace of lady shanta he is identified by local thugs jayshankar, virappa, abrahim and sadashiv rao. They involve him in robbery of 70 lakh rupees of gatemoney of pop show at anna stadium.In first half of novel there is detail how they entered in stadium and rob 70 lakh.At the climax of heist jayshankar do treachery and run away with money leaving sadashivrao dead , abrahim injured , vimal and virappa on their own.Jay shankar hide in a moat out side Chennai and due to exertion of robbery suffers heart attack.Virappa and vimal stay in temporary house.Where injured abrahim die.While jay shankar resting in moat , a bad luck couple whose car break down took away car of jayshankar , leaving their car behind with address on a note.

At home the couple thyagrajan and laxmi found 70 lakh of stadium dacoity. Due to greediness of laxmi they hide money in back yard.Police identifies temporary stay of vimal and virappa.Some shooting goes in between them. Police men and Virappa shot dead.Virappa before dying give vimal location of hide out of jayshankar.Here, jayshankar after knowing address on leftover note reaches to house of thyagrajan.Vimal also first go to moat than reaches there.Here at house of thyagrajan while vimal and jayshankar was negotiating there comes a cousin of virappa, muthu.Shooting happen there in which  muthu and his friend injures.Vimal hand cuffs jayshankar, laxmi and thyagrajan.Spread all heist money on jayshankar and left.Before leaving vimal telephones to police commissioner to recover money and culprits.

My view.Although novel is influenced by foreign authors.writing style of Mr.Pathak keeps reader busy in fast paced story,  and novel finishes in one go.Charactorisation and realistic writing makes novel interesting.I surprised when I read tamil language at few places in novel like “thevadiya paiya” ”ingeva”.It is speciallity of Mr.Pathak that without visiting places he describes them in novels as far as realistic.In his novel bank van robbery and maut ka farman he described many places of jaipur.Which I checked myself.In novel at one two places vimal mimic as veteran criminal Charles gurumukh shobhraaj.

This is quite interesting novel.I feel pleasure to recommend for reading and reviewing. Its my first true review.I wrote about 30 reviews in Hindi but in English my first review.Please pardon me for my poor English.
