Hear my story and pass it on to others so that nobody ever takes service from Data Packers and they are forced to starve to death.
Hear my story:
I took service from Data Packers n Movers to shift my household items and a two wheeler from Gurgaon to Pune(Bill No:(LR No. 5923).
This was the worst experience I ever had in my life. They did such a bad job that most of my items got damaged.
Let me first list the damages they caused to my stuffs:
• Refrigerator: The 165 litre Kelvinator fridge was damaged by them. The front two legs of the fridge are completely broken. Probably, they dragged the fridge so badly on floor or inside their truck, and the front two legs completely came off. The back coil is also bent. This is probably they stood on it. After few days, the compressor stopped cooling and the service center people confirmed that there was a gas leakage due to damage in the back coil. I had to shell out Rs. 2000/- to refill the gas. My scratch-less fridge is now without two front legs and I'm managing with two wooded blocks placed below it to make it stand.
• Two Wheeler: My Honda Stunner CBF125 scratch-less bike is completely ruinned by the Data Packers while shifting. When I received it, the two left-side indicators were broken and the left side if the'handle' was bent. This is probably because the left side of the motor-cycle fell from a height(probably from the truck while loading or unloading). The damage is so severe that the switches are also not working properly. I might have to shell out a fortune to completely fix it.
• Iron trunk: The top cover of the iron trunk was completely bent when I received it. This is surely because they stood on it.
• Chair: One Nilkamal Easy Chair is missing from my list of items. They even confirmed that they were using it in their office for few days and forgot to send it while loading from their warehouse.
Apart from the list of damages, even though they confirmed me initially that there is no extra charges, they charged me Rs. 1000/- as unloading charge while delivering. I had already paid full bill amount in Gurgaon.
You might hear almost similar bad reviews about other packers and movers on mouthshut, but trust me, nothing else can beat Data Packers n Movers.
I don't know how they managed to get ISO certification. I completely lost my faith on ISO certification after this experience.
I really wonder why they are still in business.
