Being a health conscious person I liked to take Dabur Honey every morning with a glass of warm water.for many months. I started feeling tired and thirsty with frequent urination.I did body check up I was shocked to find my blood sugar levels at 500.I had to take medication and with excerise and diet control I am back to normal but I have kept away from Dabur Honey since then.i think all these kinds of packaged honey does more harm than good to the body.i also read somewhere that these things are full of antibiotics which are harmful for the body.Therefore stay away!
