Bought this videocon d2h from vijay sales with new 42Inch smart led tv from Lg 3 years ago.
I got my d2h installed after 7days from paying for it little slow service from videocon.
For first one year the rate of d2h Hd channel packages were normal in price and also channels included were better then any other d2h operators.
But my videocon d2h remote got damaged when I raised complaint regarding this they told you will have to buy new remote.
Then after 3 days of complaint I got replacement of my damaged remote for rs-1000.
But from second year service price of my old gold hd package increased from rs-300 to rs-425 and now currently it has been priced at rs-485 which is comparatively higher than any other d2h operators.
After paying such a big amount also in rainy season the signal is disturbed and now content to show on television.
Very poor service received from videocon d2h after paying more amount also no service satisfaction received.
