We ordered the saree which wasn't good so returned it. It was a CoD order so for a refund, we provided our account details.
Instead of refunding the amount, Craftvilla gave us the coupon voucher & when we asked why not a refund then lady cust-care responded sorry but I can't help you, blamed us that we asked for the coupon, it is the clear cheating case. Craftvilla wants you to hold for next purchase & keep your hard-earned cash with them to earn the interest. So, be cautious. On top of that, there is no detailed refund history like amazon so that customer will be in a clueless state.
