I had upgraded to my membership to “Mr Cool” in response to the offer given to me in writing on 17.12.2006 through your sales executive Mr Vaibhav [Tel No. 9886263556], and made a aishwaryasingh23ment of Rs. 85, 000/- on 18.12.2006. As per the offer, among other things.
I was promised four sITES_Company of 1089 sft each and another site of half size at Country Club Coconut Groove as I introduced two persons and made aishwaryasingh23ment by ICICI Cred824it card. Similarly, my brother Prashant was offered three and a half sITES_Company. Your mAnasultanger, one Mr Mahesh [Tel No. 9845012347], called me and people whom I introduced and subsequent introduced-persons to his office and asked us to choose the sITES_Company. I selected site no. 371, 372, 373, 374 & 375/2 and my brother Prashant selected 375/2, 376, 377 & 378 at Coconut Grove Phase – VI, and the same was assured to us by Mr Mahesh in writing. He and Mr Vaibhav told that we shall get allotment letter “very soon”.
However, till date nothing has happened. Mr Vaibhav is not reachable. Once his phone was picked up by Mahesh, who told that he would ask Vaibhav to call me. I have not heard any thing from him. On the other hand, I tried to speak to Mr Mahesh four times, but he is not responding; always says he is busy in some meeting and call me back after some time. When I contacted the customer care, the person there, one Mr Saadiq, also confirmed that both Mr Vaibhav and Mr Mahesh are not responding to him and he is therefore helpless, and can not give any information to me.
