My name is swetank agrawal. my friend hava bought this AC. he said that this Ac is a very poor and cheap.
By the way service of concord tower is good but thwy don't support you.
Worst cooling ever. Ac take much more for room cool. in this range there are many Good Ac We can buy. Sound is too high and very cheap sound.
There are very few peoples are buy this product and I suggest you please choose better option.
Not value for money only money wasting.
