Expensive, dwindling in quality, No value. Review on Club Mahindra Derby Green Ooty

I have been a member of Club Mahindra for last 3 years and realised that it's not worth taking the membership.They promised the moon and when you actually try to use it, it not available.Try booking reasonable resorts internationally in Austria and Finland and you cannot get them. It may have been good earlier but not anymore.Today, they have too many members and not able to provide rooms for all. 2 years back when I stayed in their resort they wanted me to buy a special package where they can guarantee the bookings. They will max out on that too soon. They had promised a 4 day international complimentary holiday in Las Vegas at the time of taking it. They converted to 1 week on complimentary holiday in India. The same lapsed although I was told it can be rolled over forever if I like.

Please dont buy this membership as it's a complete scam. Club Mahindra is no different from other Timeshares.
