I am associated with Citibank since 2011. I have a savings account and hold a credit card as well. It is the ideal bank that one looks for.
It has excellent customer service over the phone and does several authentication measures to secure the customer. Internet banking is also good and it allows to add a beneficiary immediately unlike other banks which take atleast 24 hours for it. However ATM's are less in number but Citibank doesn't charge additionally for using another bank's atm. Would recommend it to new customers.
