Thankfully I got the taste of the customer service even before I took their credit card. I applied online and one executive came to pick my identity proofs. For identify proofs I gave copies of driving license(which was issued on my previous address) and electricity bill(which had the current address)
they assured me to receive the card in 2 days but somehow for 2 weeks I did not get any correspondence. Meanwhile I kept getting calls from their marketing side to take up a new card, so I
thought of following up on my application. While talking to the customer service, the lady said due to address mismatch, the application was rejected. When I tried to reason out with her politely, she cut the call.!
