After going to almost all the dealers in Bangalore I chose Pratham. I was impressed by the care they showed for a customer. I took delivery very recently and the good experience continues till date.
I bought a Zen from Pratham Motors, Bangalore in Sep, 2004. Their customer service is really great. I am a new driver so I was a bit apprehensive about driving home my car on the first day as I was taking the delivery very late at night. They arranged a driver for me to ensure that I reach safely.
Again they offered very good discounts on the accessories.They were very prompt in the delivery also.
They really do a great job in making a customer choose the right car as per the needs of the customer.
Mr. Johnson is the best among the sales executives.
I would highly recommend everyone to buy from Pratham Motors.
Great place to buy a Maruti.
