I had purchased a laptop, through Amzaon.in buy clicking a cash back link on cashkaro.com
All the process was followed perfectly as asked for on cashkaro.com(which they have agreed in their mail)
After purchasing the laptop I raised a concern on cashkaro.com for not getting the cashback which as on 8/8/2014. After about 20 days they respond "**It seems that even though we have tracked the record of your visit on our end, it has got missed on Amazon’s side. Unfortunately, Amazon has changed their Missing Cashback policy and they have decided not to pay us any commission for your Missing Cashback claim. We have this mentioned on our website on the Amazon’s page under Terms & Conditions.
We are mentioning a few tips below; please ensure that you follow these tips in future so that your Cashback tracks successfully:(I dont need them as I have already followed these)
1) Make sure no other tabs are open on your browser other than Cashkaro at the time of purchase.
2) Don’t forget to log in to your Cashkaro account.
3) Click out to the Amazon from Cashkaro only.
4) Don’t visit any other Cashback, Coupon or price comparison site while making your transaction via Cashkaro.
5) Add products to your cart only after clicking out from our website to retailer’s website, not before that.
6) Complete your transaction in the same session as you have clicked out.
7) Clear your cookies and temporary files regularly.
Please note if the Cashback corresponding to the Transaction ID: 171-7697787-3437127 has already been added manually in your account, it will be marked as Cancelled. The status of your ticket will be marked as “Resolved” within 48 to 72 hours. Hope this helps"*
I have visited their website and checked the terms and conditions on the Amazon page and nowhere it says that it will not pay. Attaching a screenshot for the same
