I bought 1.5 ton ac on 11th march . I paid ridiculous amount for installation with out a proper receipt. . I got first problem on 17th March . SInce 17th March, I am calling customer care to resolve my problem .
TO my surprise, All my old tickets are closed without providing service. The customer care is happy resetting clock by opening a new request.
The technicians dont call or even if they call, they are just interested to know if your product is in warranty or out of warranty. The moment you tell in warranty, they vanish . Even if they visit, they will blame the problem on installation and tell that only the installation guys can fix it.
I have called customer care multiple times, Even dropped emails to official email ids. But no service .
Looks like too much outsourcing, where in the emphasis is on maintaining SLA rather than customer satisfaction .
