First of all, always visit the store, shop and pay. There home delivery, online process and services are pathetic. They charge you extra in the final invoice if you do partial payment. Be careful. Go for Bluestone and other competitors instead of caratlane. I have caratlane customer for 2 years but no more moving forward.
