Very bad and worst company in india, last year I am given consumer durable loan.
excess amounts over and above EMI are being deducted from my bank account every month. I am calling many times ragarding repeated refunds requests have been made but the system problems continues.
very bad experience about capital first service, no response from CCE. there is no other responsible person who could resolve the query. all these people are making fool.
I am sharing few points
customer care service no proper response & no body can talk
it is very bad experience never to go for this service
one of top frustrating companies
deduct emi any time
fake commitment
final and last point never to go any loan with capital first
