Over rated, overhyped, pathetic place. Review on Cafe Coffee Day, Versova, Mumbai

Hi Friends,

I have no clue why people are so crazy about CCD.Its just a fad.CCD is never my place of choice, however sometimes I have been there just to accompany my friends.The drinks served are not at all great.

Food like Samosa ans other stuff is totally tasteless.Pastries and cakes are just ok.

We get much better, and tasty stuff in local eateries.CCD is just a fad for people to flaunt that they spend so much on mere coffee.

Price:

All items are overly priced for the quality, quantity and taste they provide.

I fail to understand why is CCD so overhyped?

Ambience:

Is ok types.however turn off is people SMOKING.Why is smoking allowed here?

Its a coffee shop.so why smoking? its extremely irritating for others.

Most of the times teenagers/adults hanging out in CCD are the ones with excessive public display of affection.and just killing time.lying in CCD.

I dont find it a decent place for any of it- food, drinks, ambience or anything!
