CB GROWTH PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Yesterday I had book taxi through carbazar.8 am time pick up in my home .but up to 7:30there is no update from carbazar.5 to 7:30 I had 6 time tray to customer care.last 7:30 i cancel my trip.i suprise from customer care , they can't give any single refend for me .i was pay 2186 rs advance token last 8:30 am after cancel my trip suddenly car comes in my home second suprise and they have confirmed my taxi.this my first and last experience.i will can't use this faltu taxi app.i suggest all can't use this faltu service for outstation journey.
