BSNL is semi-government operated mobile telecom company. It is the only company which provides amny of the services such as GSM, CDMA, WLL, Landline, Broadband, Corporate, etc.
All the rates of BSNL are cheapest as it is operated by government. The broaband services in semi-urban and rural areas are trust worthy by BSNL. They ahve got better offers with flexible combo plans.
Coming towards GSM and CDMA, BSNL have improved a lot over last 2 years which have made it more attracting peoples.
3g operating in BSNL has got superb speed. Best of BSNL is that its 2g and 3g recharges are same and their costs are in rates of 2g. Hence, we get 3g in rate of 2g.
Again, BSNL customer sevices has improvised to a greater extent. Evwn the employees in BSNL office now a days shows a helping hand and solves the problems as soon as possible and that too in best possible way.
Coverage wise its still poorer than IDEA and vodafone.
