I have used this bsnl broadband data with unlimeted data plans.
the data plan of bsnl is good but the services and customer care is worst.
The internet worked fine for the first 20 days and after that the internet stopped working and I complaint at bsnl customer service and there was no response at all.
Speed of the ISP is very UN-reliable, sometimes it surprises but most of the times its miserable.
