If money is deducted from your side for so and so reason like pre-booking a ticket without luck. Then forget about refund.If you keep on email them, they will not respond.And if you call customer care, they will take half an hour of your time to get the booking information.Atlast we thought we get the information but it wont solve the issue.I was thinking like only govt. Organisations do these type of things.Nowadays private people also not caring about customers.
Overall I will say waste service!
