Bluestone is basically selling fake diamonds. I ordered on April 2014 which is a heart shaped ring. The same is attached here. After talking to your executives(Sonal and Prem) both of them denied and never came back to me. Both of them absconded from the matter. Yes, they both ABSCONDED. After, Mons, the team lead took over of this issue, she agreed that indeed it was not genuine product and that it was faded fully.(the diamond part). Now when I received the exchange order, Sonal fooled me by charging high making charges for the second one, which I'm not supposed to pay.
This will be taken legally wherein all the money spent have to be refunded to me. I have spent so much time in getting this resolved but none of them from Bluestone even bothered to resolved this issue. A diamond never fades and the CEO of bluestone should be arrested under section 468(forgery for purpose of cheating), 471(using as genuine a forged document, 420(cheating), Pass this message to all other social networking sites and let consumers know as to how fake online jewelry exist in India.
