I own a Hyundai car, recently I had met with a small accident, so had to get my car serviced. Modi Hyundai being the nearest authorized service station, I choose to get my car serviced here.
The outcome of this decision was:
1) I got poor service, in spite of exorbitant bill amount, the service that I received was nowhere proportional to the bill amount
2) They stole few of the things from my car
3) These things include:
a) Front Rubber mats
b) Rubber mat in the luggage compartment
c) Speakers tray at the rear
d) 7-8 Litres of Petrol
e) Few accessories which were present in the car
4) After knowing that all these things are missing I tried to contact the service station, but nobody responds, everyone tries to avoid and tires not to talk by giving rude replies
5) I complained even on the Hyundai Website about this issue.
But no response ( If they are not going to respond then why the hell did they put up the complaint system on their website) 6) Servicing took one complete month So please beware of these cheaters and avoid getting your car serviced here.
