Blue Dart was one of the best courier service I have ever used. But now as the time going, the service is getting pathetic.
I remember I ordered something online. It was a postpaid order and was getting delivered through Blue Dart. Blue Dart took almost 12 days to deliver the packet from Mumbai to Dehradun, generally other courier services deliver it on the second or third day of receiving the information.
I even called up the company office to confirm the status, but either the number is busy every time or no one picks up the phone call.
The service is only good, if you want your very confidential documents(such as passport) to be delivered some where safely and you are ready to pay a handsome amount for the same. Till then it is fine. But if you are looking for cheap and fast delivery, never choose Blue Dart.
