Upon first clicking on the link that leads to what is titled the Black Vault, one will first notice that the start page loads fast, is built very simple with only a few options at first and is neatly organized.
After that, one will realize whether or not they are actually interested in this site or not. Here is a few things that you will find on the second page, that is after you have entered the Black Vault.

In Closing
The site was arranged very simply and offers a nice amount of information that does not appear to be too old or outdated.
