I booked bla bla car pooling for Lucknow, as they don't have frequent services to Lucknow but one day I got an alert that there is a cab for Lucknow. I booked it with a thought that it is cheap and I will be able to reach early and the departure time was 8 am, I was aware that it is car pooling but you won't believe that till the time the passengers were picked it was 11 am and we reached Lucknow at 7 pm. I will suggest all of you not to go for cheap fare rather go for better service because sometimes it will cost you more than anything.
Very poor co-ordination.
