I use BigRock mail server for my business. My mails are not received and out going was also not working. I spoke to the technical team, He said he will take it in high priority and fix it but he closed my ticket without fixing the issue. Tech team works only till 8pm so he just want to close my issue before 8pm.
BigRock is such a international company but. Their website mentioned 24/7 but tollfree number says they will work 8AM to 8PM. Find the attached image. I got the following funny message from them, status is closed but.
