Bigbasket is one of the famous online app for grocery purchase nearby. I was influenced by the advertisement shown on the TV and I was impressed by it so I tried. I ordered Kissan Ketchup and 5 kg of rice on the app.
The price of rice was little bit higher than the normal shops. They took 5 hours to deliver my order with extra delivery charge.
The quality of the rice was okay but the kissan ketchup bottle which I received was expired. I contacted Bigbasket but they told the replacement is not possible at this time. I will not recommend bigbasket for grocery purchase. I wasted a lot of time in waiting for the product instead I could purchase the same from the nearby local market shop.
