They guarantee to deliver if not then will give extra 50% of item not delivered but the reality is when unable to deliver they give excuse that product is damage so not delivered and they don’t give 50% extra amt but as a customer it is not my concern I just want the ordered products if you are .
Pathetic service, more pathetic is the customer support. I am one of those unlucky customers of BB who gets fooled for trusting a brand like BB. Since last two of my orders: it was never an on time delivery, the quality and freshness of fruits and vegetables were pathetic.Hello everyone today I want to share my review about the’BIGBASKET.com’. The service which they provide is not reliable at all. The customer care is not helpful to the customer. I had done 5 cancellation of my order, due to the operational issue of system.
