I ordered couple of fruits through online(Order No: BCO-9540092-220416) and I got the message that they deliver it next day between 6.30 PM - 7 PM. But it was delivered at 10.00 PM.
We checked the fruits next day and Most of the fruits were spoiled and unable to eat. Since it was sunday, I raised this to their Customer care on Monday and they refused to accept. Finally they agree to refund for 1 item costing Rs 12/- and that would be deducted from next purchase.
Big basket is not suitable for normal people and it is suitable only for the people who don't want to go out of their home. Check their price with local veggie/fruit shop price and you will be surprised because it is almost twise. Don't Believe Sharukhan. Hope he never buy anything from Big Basket:)
