Hi,
We got Big City Promotion vouchers to visit a resort for a day. To opt that voucher I made a booking to JALDHAMA resort near Mysore for a day trip. After registration I got an email with the following text.
"Dear customer, We have received your booking request. You will receive your booking confirmation mail with your e-booking voucher 24 hours prior to your preferred booking date.
Please visit the venue on the booking date and present the original voucher and the printout of the e-booking voucher to avail the offer. Please carry Government issued ID proof for yourself and your accompanying party including children.
In case of any queries please call 080 4055 4873 between 10:30 AM to 5.30 PM from Monday to Friday(Excludes Public Holidays) or email us at feedback@bigcity.in

Above email says that I should be receiving e-voucher 24 hours before my booking date. I have waited till last date but didn't receive any e-voucher for the same. So I sent query email to feedback@bigcity.in and got reply only on next day morning i.e. on my booking date 7th July 10 AM with the vouchers details.
Seeing the voucher I called helpdesk number(080 4055 4873) to change my booking date as I can't travel 150 KM all of sudden on 7th July from Bangalore to JALDHAMA resort new Mysore.
As vouchers are sent only on booking date morning 10AM, how can I travel 150 KM to use that promotion? I called and requested them to postpone my booking to next day i.e. 8th July but they were so adamant to change my booking date. Now whose fault is this?
Your email says I should be receiving e-voucher 24 hours prior my booking date but not received any thing till my booking date. Genuine request was to change my booking date to the next day was not accepted.
As I also read on the internet, this is full scam and big fraud company to fool people and customer. On the name of promotion they just share promotion info but customers are unable to use those coupon. I will never do shopping with MAX stores going forward and will tell all my friends and colleagues not to give any business to them. I will share the same story on all social media platform about their scam.
I can only say its a big SCAM FRAUD company running by unprofessional.
