Bank Muscat is one the best bank based in Muscat, Oman. I am using its services since April, 2013. I am sharing some of the points here which will helpful for the people those who come for works in Muscat, Oman and thereafter need to open a Bank Account to take their salary.
Bank Branch:
It has the maximum Nos. of Branches & ATMs all over in Oman in comparison of other Banks.
Its branches spread all over in Oman even in the areas having distance from Main Town.
You will gets ATM facility of this bank in each single steps means its ATM machine is available in almost all the Petrol Pumps, Big Malls, Shopping Centers etc.
Get all the solutions for problems on the same time by visiting any nearest or your account branch.
Get instant messages on your Mobile & on your E-Mail Id for all your transactions.
Its also free from all Un-necessary messages, phone calls and e-mails from Banks customer care side.
Customer care service is also good.
Debit & Credit Card:
All the Money Transfer Agencies/Exchange directly accept the Bank Muscat Debit card apart from other banks debit card. It helps that no need to take out the cash from the ATM to send it to your Home Country.
All leading Shops, Malls and different types of service provider accepts Bank Muscat Debit/Credit Card.
It provides the Credit Card facility also to Expats having their salary account in their bank. Currently carrying Credit Card facility yearly fees is 10 OMR.
Most of the Shopping Malls giving the Electronics Items on 0% Interest Rate on the Bank Muscat credit card for the period of 01 Year.
Personal Loan Facility:
- It provides Personal Loan facility also to the Expats with easy Terms & Conditions and with minimal Interest Rate(Currently 4.9% P.A) for 02 Years of time period and thereafter you can also add more if required.
Overall, Its services are VERY GOOD and recommending that whenever you will comes to Oman for Working and required to open a Bank Account, first give preference to =Bank Muscat=.
