I had booked the midnight delivery of photo cake but delivery boy delivered it at 12:35 am .... so the all excitement for midnight delivery went down but photo cake was decorated well :) and taste was OK :| ... one can try the same one time if no other option is available.
They charged me Rs 350/- separately for the delivery but not delivered on time. Delivery boy gave excuses that he had one more delivery to some near by place and because of them he got late was not acceptable. They should take care the delivery time properly. How ever their customer care executive responded well when I called them regarding the photographs selection for the cake and delivery issues (at 11:55 pm).
So for me, it was an OK OK experience.
