They are so bad they don't even come to collect the premium for renewal. I get a call from them, 2 months before the due date. I tell them to come a week before the policy expires. They promise to do so but never turn up. Luckily I set a reminder for myself. I call them, they say they will send someone on Saturday. I wait the whole day, no one turns up.
Disgusted I contact Maruti Services, and get a quote from Sundaram, which I accept. Three months later Bajaj Allianz calls up to ask if I have renewed my insurance. With great pleasure I tell them yes, and it is not you!
When they make such a hash of collecting premia. Not surprised in the least to hear they don't process claims efficiently.
