I had a lousy experience with Aramex.
I live in Bangalore. I was supposed to receive a shipment from BookAdda. At first they kept telling me the shipment hasn't been delivered because I was not at home. This was a lie because I work from home and there's always somebody at home.
Then I raised a customer complaint with the Bombay call center. When I called them back after a couple of days they told me shipment had been delivered. I asked them to produce signature and ID proof of person who received the shipment and logged another complaint. They promised to rectify within 48 hours.
Now they say that the shipment has been sent back to the seller and the information I was given till now was wrong! Even now the shipment status on their webpage says 'Gone out for delivery, receiver not available'.
This is beyond ridiculous. I just wish the online sellers stop using Aramex services.
