I was waiting for my shipment from US. It was mentioned that the shipment would be completed in 5 working days. I received a message saying the shipment has landed in Hyderabad, on 6th June 2018. I received another email from them saying that KYC needed to be done to complete the shipment process. However no Link was mentioned on how to complete the KYC verification. I managed to get them on call and they gave me email address where I can send the documents. I sent the mail on 9th june and after various calls and emails my KYD was approved on 13th June, and I was assured that the package would be delivered in the next 48 hours.
Today is 20th June and I still have not received the payment. I made tons of calls and now they are not giving a clear picture as when the shipment will be delivered. Every time I call, they say that the complaint has been registered and forwarded to concerned department.
I am giving a rating of 1 Star.
If KYC is mandatory then why isnt't that mentioned before shipment.
Why isn't an escalation point here which customers can have access to.
