This is to bring to your kind notice that I Abhinav Anand from Mohali had booked a flat in the name of my wife in your so called upcoming projects in sector 127 Mohali named Ansal Cozy floor.
The booking amount for this flat was given by me in July 2010 and I was in constant touch with your staff to know the date of launch for the project.
I had a word with Manjari sudan yesterday dated 2nd November 2011 and after 1 and a half years she tells me that the plan for the project has been demolished and that I will be getting my money back within a month.
Please note that I will be taking action against your company as this calls for a case of loss of opportunity as I was to get a home from you by the end of 2013 as promised by your company and now I am homeless again.
I was under the impression that I already have a home so I never thought of looking for any other opportunity to buy a home in the last one and a half years.
You as a brand are losing your market doing all this and I know this has nothing to do with me, but I will definitely fight for the loss that I have sustained due to your company.
The prices of property at that point in time were of what I could afford at that time but now since you have duped me I am in no position to buy another flat as the prices have risen like anything.
Had I invested in some other property or some other brand even I would also have had a flat with a good value today. I have already consulted my lawyer and I will be filing a case against you in the EOW that is the economic offence wing and I will not leave a single internet page where I won't write the review for your company. I also have a friend who is in media and does content writing for HT . I have asked him to write a nice article on your company and get it published on how your company is duping people of their dreams. The article will be out soon. I will not leave any stone upturned to make sure that you suffer the way your clients have suffered and will make sure that I gather people who are Ansal clients and will make it a mission to make sure that each and every client of yours whom you have duped files a case against your company.
