I bought this as this is the most famous brand and anyone can trust on it. I was like this at first sight as it is light weight and massive storage space, but really disappoint after using this. When on my trip I pull my bag up over the stair going towards my room and the entire handle assembly broke loose and the bag is now useless.
I am looking forward to buy samsonite or VIP but owner advices me to go with this as it is the most trusted brand. Now just after a single trip handle is broken and few threads shredding. With the warranty running in I contacted customer care but dealer refused to replace and charged extra bucks for repair part. I certainly can not recommend this product to anyone based on my personal experience.
