Hello reader's I would like to share my first experience with Amazon.in which I recently tried on recommandation of one of my friend.
I searched for shirt and found one with a farely reasonable price and cracked a good deal of rs 499 on that.
I was satisfied that I had ordered one and saw a immediate price hike on that product after my purchase.
I was feeling happy that I got it at lower price.
It got delivered in 4-5 day's which is appreciable but the problem is that I ordered size 40 but got size 38 so I tried to return it but no contact no of the customer care is given.
You have to request a call and the customer care calls whenever they gets free.
Is it a joke?
After that I requested to return the product but they told that they can't pick up the product from my place and I have to send it to them by post and the postal charges will be returned me.
Why do you send your products to my place if you can't even pick it up?
After that also I didn't got refund but I got replaced my product with the correct size.
It was satisfactory but what about the inconvenience caused to me?
I have a doubt on the reliability of Amazon
