Its Strict NO for amazon.in if you wish to shop cloths, shoes, where return or exchange because of size of anything is uncertain.
No policy written on product for particular seller refund/return policy given.
Once you purchase product. in any case you need to return. Half of the sellers at amazon DOES NOT pick for return.
This is disgusting.I purchased one apparel .now I need to return this. Amazon customer care people said seller does not have any pick facility for this, you yourself need to go to courier shop. parcel it and send to seller.
I found this very irritating .
If am okay to go market and do courier I am able to purchase also, I don't have time in weekdays to go to courier and send. and weekdays are so traffic that I avoid to go to market. that's why we purchase online.
and its not first first time, amazon make so much hassle when it comes to return and refund.
Whenever I face this kind of issues I really really miss my Flipkart, such a great customer care and hassle free return/refund at Flipkart.
No further buy from amazon for sure.
