I have ordered a redmi note 4. The courier guy keeps updating the delivery status as "entry restricted at given address", he in fact did not visit the house. I stayed at home waiting for this and he never turned up but updated the blah blah. in the delivery state.
I had interaction with customer care on this, the executive promised me the delivery in an hour. Nothing happened and I had to contact customer care again and canceled the order.
They need to take lessons from Flipkart on delivery process and approaching customers. No more purchases on Amazon.in. Your delivery process suc*s, not customer friendly, order does not serve the purpose.
