Worst service and worst online shopping app. Review on Amazon

Hi friends iam prashant kandwal today iam sharing my personal experience about online shopping app that is amazon.in . Its about 4 to 5 months when I was in mood of shopping and someone advice me to shop from amazon.in and I install the app in my phone then I see products on that few are good but not all then I decided to order shoes of puma of black colour then I place the order with my size and then I get q message that the product is delivered till 4 to 6 days but after 6 to 8 days the shoes is not delivered to me and at the 12 day it comes to me iam very dissatisfied with their delivery services and when I unboxed the shoe box the shoes are of different colour that is red worst colour and also it is not of my size and when I want to replace the shoes and want my money refund they did not give me my money back and also did not replace my shoes they give no reply in my mail. so I want to advice people that never buy online product from amazon .in
