Amazon is best place to buy goods on line with out any issues . I usually shop on amazon rather than other sites . Goods are priced reasonably and are trust worthy and they provide good packaging and take care that product is not damaged . They deliver goods on or before estimated delivery date, They respect customers and sort out every issue you take to them.
They does not charge shipping for books and beauty products . Amazon has 15 days return policy for most of the goods which is good . You can return goods which are no longer required(except few) with in 15 days of delivery and they issue refund very fast. I had only experienced that the packaging for mobiles and tablets and few other electronics items you provide only warped in card board which should be made more better and I had seen that some times you does not provide good packing for certain prepaid orders .The main Cons, IS that few products the amazon price is more I think when compared to ofline stores.
Till now I had good experience with amazon .And goods were good and satisfactory . the best part is products in lightning deal are cheaper than ofline stores .
