Experience with Amazon is worse and never expected such low standards in handing customer concerns,
-Ordered Butterfly Rhino on 26th July, (order number 171-3951522-7557948) product was delivered on 28th July.
- Found the product to be intact but the covering Lid inside the product was missing. Surprised how amazon can
market such defective products.
-Spoke to customer care executive on the same day and he promised that return pick up will be done on 29th morning and new product
will be delivered within 2 days.
-Innumerable phone calls till today to the toll free number but only false assurances and the defective product is still not picked up.
- With such poor customer service, wonder how the company will survive under fierce competition….this will be my last interaction
and have decided not to go for Amazon who has no concerns for the customer.
