Amazon has been a n extended member of our retail experience for online shopping from a toilet faucet to jewelry and everything in between. But every instance we use Amazon for a 3rd party product which is called merchant services(or something like that), we can be assured of non-delivery, refund issues and worst, no product & no money, multiple calls, emails & chats.the entire Amazon experience will be amazingly painful.not once but more than 6 times in 2-3 months & I have now started to believe that the begining of the end for Amazon in India has probably begun.
Moral for readers of this review. If you use Amazon, use only Amazon Prime, you are safe, anything else Amazon cannot control & you are sure to be in trouble. good luck & cheers!
