Few days before I placed an order of a lagging from AJIO.com.It was expected to be delivered after five days but I have not received it even after 7th day so I wrote a mail to them but I have not received any reply except the mail acknowledgement.
Then again next day I wrote a harsh mail to them, only then one customer care person called me up and said that as it was the last product and was rejected in quality check so they are not able to fulfil this order.
It was really disappointing so I decided not to order anything from them but recently I received a gift from them as apology. The gift was cute, I do not know whether I will do shopping with Ajio in future or not but I really like the efforts that they are putting to retain its customer.
