I just ordered 699 combo airtel DTH and Broadband. Its been 8 days they have taken 4000/- from my account on my order however there is no response from sales person / customer care and applette as well.
One of the worst service and there is no channel to get this done.
The sales person will not pick the phone after our money get credited to airtel and they least bother aout us.
Be careful with Airtel and its service s especially in Chennai circle.
